While I understand your frustration, my role as the listing agent is to present all offers to my client and support them in making the decision that is best for them. In this case, your agent was notified promptly when a second offer was received and given the opportunity to respond. Ultimately, the seller has the final say, and I have no control over their choice. I take integrity and clear communication seriously in every transaction and wish you the best in your future real estate endeavors.
